This class offers a gentle sensory and movement experience designed to support early development through stretching, bonding, and mindful touch. Rather than focusing on structured poses, this class encourages responsive engagement as you follow your baby’s cues and explore simple movements together.
Through calming activities and nurturing interactions, babies build early body awareness while caretakers learn supportive techniques that promote regulation and connection. From guided stretches to soothing rhythms, every moment encourages growth, bonding, and a secure foundation for early learning.
